Cloud-Based, Tablet Clocking System
We are writing a new chapter in corporate attendance management. Clunky clocking machines are a thing of the past. Never again will you have to ID yourself by fingerprint. Say hello to Roster Pad.
The Cloud Protects Your Data
One of the major issues with traditional attendance management systems is the trouble in synchronising the data across different servers. Information can be lost and infrastructural costs are high. Roster Pad not only synchronises all attendance information as soon as it s logged in by placing it safely in the cloud, it stores everything locally in the iPad or other tablet device as a back-up as well in the event that the Internet is down. Never again will you suffer from the heart-stopping realisation that your data has been lost.
No More Fingerprints
In an industry first, Roster Pad is at the cutting edge of cloud technology by taking a photo of the staff member to be clocked in, instead of receiving a card (which can be damaged or lost) or taking a finger print (which may fail and is also unhygienic). This way, there is no room for error as to who has reported in for duty, saving company time and boosting productivity.
Requires iOS 8.1 or later. Compatible with iPad.
